We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible using Royal Mail.

Most customers receive their order within a few days, although please allow up to 14 days depending on how your order is placed.

Your payment will be taken at the time of purchase, and your 90-day guarantee period begins from the day you receive your order.

We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 90 days for a refund.

How to Return an Item

If you’d like to return a product, simply send it back within 90 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number where possible. If you don’t have this, your name, address and phone number will be sufficient for us to process your refund.

• Original postage and packaging costs are non-refundable
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
• A £2.95 processing fee applies to all returns
